The white patches which emerge on the human skin are called the skin disease ‘Vitiligo’. This disease creates these spots on the skin and then it is often noticed that these spots (whether white or pale) may widen and even transcend to other body parts rather all over the body. Even these spots may appear on or around the genitals area. There is no permanent treatment explored so far by the medical science.
